Started in the summer of 2019, Dolan Asphalt Sealing consists of blue-collar, eager, and accountable workers that are looking to seal commercial parking lots around the St. Louis area. We give quotes free of charge and our work is exceptional.

Site Preparation
Prior to sealcoating, our team will use professional-grade weed wackers to trim vegetation surrounding the parking lot. This step ensures a clean, debris-free surface that helps prevent vegetation from encroaching on the parking lot.
Sealcoating
We will then apply a smooth and even coat of high-quality black tar sealant to the parking lot surface. This process helps protect the surface from water damage, cracking, and fading due to UV rays. This also extends the lifespan of the parking lot and enhances the appearance of the parking lot.
Crack Filling
In addition to sealcoating, we also offer crack filling services to ensure a smooth and safe blacktop surface. Our skilled technicians will fill in the cracks with hot rubberized crack sealant, helping to prevent water infiltration and further damage to the pavement.This prevents further damage to the pavement and improves the safety of it by providing a smooth surface for vehicles and pedestrians.
